Lori Sone-Cooper, CEC, PCC, CHRL

Lori has over 25 years of experience garnered through her career in Corporate Human Resources and Consulting. Lori is an experienced Human Resources Executive, Trusted Advisor and Executive Coach. Leveraging her extensive experience in Financial Services, Pharma, Professional Services, Start Ups and the Telecommunications sectors, Lori works to understand the organization and strategy in order to best serve her clients.
Lori has extensive Executive and Leadership Coaching experience. Using a collaborative coaching model, Lori strives to be a catalyst for successful business leaders to generate extraordinary results. Lori’s coaching is grounded in authenticity and is based on her client’s agenda for growth and development. Lori understands what it means to work with passion and grit. As an intuitive partner, she creates a safe, non-judgemental space and guides, encourages and supports her clients to clarify their goals and work towards achieving outstanding results. Lori’s lifelong passion for learning and drive for developing leaders and organizational cultures are the foundation for her coaching.
In addition to over 25 years of experience working as a Human Resources practitioner, Lori is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Lori is certified in Emotional Intelligence (360 EQ-i 2.0, EQ360, the Leadership Circle Profile, and she is a Certified Career Transition Consultant. Lori is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a member of the ICF Toronto Chapter, the International Coaching Coalition (ICC) and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) McLean Hospital at Harvard University. Lori graduated from York University and received her Advanced Coach Training through the Co-Active Training Institute and then Royal Roads University where she completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.

Marie-Josée Dionne, CEC, PCC
Senior Associate & Executive Coach
MJ has 30 years of experience in the federal public service, 15 years as an executive in several departments including Employment and Social Development Canada, Statistics Canada, Canadian Heritage, Library and Archives Canada, Health Canada. She has held roles in various disciplines including strategic planning, governance, strategic policy, program development, change and risk management, audit and evaluation.
She holds an executive certificate in public leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in interpersonal and organizational communication from the University of Ottawa. She is also certified in Emotional Intelligence ( EQ-i 2.0, EQ360, SCHOR360 and the Leadership Circle Profile. She is a recipient of a Deputy Minister Award for People Management as well as Her Majesty the Queen’s Jubilee Medal offered to the Branch.

Nathan Lockhart, MA, CEC, PCC
Senior Associate & Executive Coach
Nathan Lockhart is a learning professional and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience. He has provided one-on-one coaching to executives on a range of topics related to leadership and communications. He has also delivered more than 750 workshops to organizations in the private and non-governmental sectors and to more than 65 federal departments, including all three central agencies.
A former employee of Health Canada and the Privy Council Office, Nathan’s knowledge spans a number of important disciplines, including leadership competencies, strategic communications, negotiation and facilitation skills and issues management. Nathan’s focus is on helping leaders at all levels go from where they are to where they want themselves and their organization to be. He uses proven techniques to help individuals make meaningful, measurable, and sustainable change with respect to their leadership competencies and communication skills.
Nathan’s signature presence is accessibility. He works very hard to create safer spaces so people can confide and explore issues that are important to them.
From a 20-year veteran of the RCMP to an up-and-coming millennial executive; from someone who has not completed high school to a highly educated executive with a PhD. He can easily and authentically get into a conversation with anyone.
